./configure --prefix=/usr/local
make all install
- /usr/local に展開した場合、/usr/local/etc内に
-- openmpi-default-hostfile
--mpirun --prefix /usr/local/openmpi -machinefile hosts -n 3 mpit3
- /etc/ld.so.conf というファイルに、MPIライブラリファイルのあるディレクトリを加えておく。
